THERAPY ROOMS TO RENT
An opportunity for therapists to expand their practice, advertising /referrals within the Centre.
Each therapy room is finished to a high standard; is bright and warm; homely and comfortable; sound proof, quiet and private. ESB and heating expenses are included in the cost of rent. Room sizes vary, the group rooms fits up to 10 persons seated.
Therapy rooms are suitable for all kinds of therapies from counselling to massage, consultancy work to training courses.
WE HAVE REDUCED OUR RATES: Therapy Rooms are available to rent on a full day or 4 hour block basis, morning / afternoon / evening. Rates from €6.50 per hour, depending of requirements. Contact us for your tailor-made quotation.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT / ACCESSABILITY:
- Buses No. 5 and 46b stop outside our door.
- Lower Kilmacud Road is only 100M from our door, along which are many bus routes.
- The N11 motorway is only 400M walk.
- We are only a 7 minute walk from Stillorgan Centre.
- Luas tram station at Stillorgan is only 10 minutes walk.
- The M50 at Sandyford is only a couple of minutes by car.

Local amenities include Mount Merrion’s Deer Park, 18 hectares of park land only 50 metres from our door. We are set among shops, coffee shop / restaurant, chemist, hairdressers etc.
