We run Morning and Evening courses / groups throughout the year.
We practice guided meditation and offer a taste of different kinds of meditation on our courses which are suitable for those new to meditation and for the seasoned practitioner. Sessions are 40 minutes in duration and cost €10, or reduced rate for a course.
There is no need to commit to a course, you can drop in (and bring a friend if you wish) and try one out. You just need to call or text to check availability. (086 8419480) No previous experience of meditation required. Non-denominational ~ All Welcome ~
